9. Use of Platform Materials

11. Suspension or Removal
We may suspend or remove your account if:

We receive valid complaints about your behavior.
You misuse the platform or act in bad faith.
We reserve the right to permanently ban any tutor found engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior — online or offline.
12. Job Matching, Acceptance & Trial Classes
Tutors are connected to students based on student or parent preferences, such as subject, level, teaching style, language, budget, schedule, and location.
We do not guarantee any job offers or minimum number of students for any tutor. The platform simply facilitates matches based on demand.
The final decision lies with the student/parent, not the platform. Please avoid disputing why you were not selected.
Tutors have full freedom to accept or reject any job offered through the platform. There is no obligation to take up a job you are not comfortable with.
In some cases, a free trial class may be required before the student commits. You will be informed clearly in advance if a trial class is part of the arrangement.
13. Safety and Personal Conduct
If you conduct physical/in-person classes, you do so at your own risk and must take steps to ensure your personal safety.
You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to ensure your own safety, such as:
Meeting in public or safe spaces (e.g. libraries, cafes, tuition centres).
Not attending classes alone in unfamiliar or risky environments.
Informing a friend/family member of your class location and time.
In any case of sexual harassment, threatening behavior, or discomfort, you have the right to:
